The Butt Hutt Smokehouse
The Butt Hutt Smokehouse is a Florida Style BBQ Joint. Their mission is put Florida on the map with amazing BBQ, and they are certainly doing so!
We ordered the Taco + 1 Side combo: 1 flour tortilla filled with pulled pork, cilantro lim slaw, pico de gallo & garlic cream sauce + mac & cheese.
Nameless Taco was a fan-curated vendor this year - and let me tell you they did not disappoint! There food was light & refreshing. Plus, they were a taco vendor after all, you can't go wrong there.
We ordered the Street Corn + 3 Taco Combo -
Street Corn: Roasted corn on the cob topped with cilantro lime crema, queso fresco, fresh cilantro, served with a lime wedge.
3 Taco Combo: (1) Abodo Pork, chopped pineapple, pickled onion, and fresh cilantro (1) Pulled chicken, cotija cheese, pickled onion, and fresh cilantro (1) Fried avocado, pineapple salsa, crema, and fresh cilantro
Fat Daddy's Creole
Phat Daddy's was the talk of the festival offering up the unique item of Alligator Po' Boy. Unfortunately it was so popular that it was already sold out by the time I got to order, but I that's okay because I still had a delicious meal!
What I ordered: Shrimp Po Boy with a hush puppy
Sweet Tooth was the perfect place to relax with a sweet treat in hand. The offered a small menu of perfect on the go desserts to satisfy anyone's craving.
What I ordered: Monkey Tails + Soda Float
Monkey Tail: A frozen banana dipped in chocolate and rolled in sprinkles
Soda Float: Root beer float and vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
Dark Horse Lounge
The Dark Horse Lounge was the perfect place to drink Rosé all day. This vendor also had roof seating so it was super awesome to sit, relax, and people watch. Order a glass on the go, or order a bottle and stay a while.
